Найвибагливіший до м'ясів чоловік, якому не заходила жодна інша тушонка, оцінив на 1000 зі 100 :) М'ясо м'яке, без жиру й жилок, не пересолене. Запах чудовий, а юшку можна додавати як бульйон у страви.

Дуже смачна тушонка. В яловичині більше юшки ніж в свинині, але ціла сковородка м'яса є. Ідеально до гарнірів.
