Vermicelli, cones, noodles, spaghetti or any other pasta - choose to your liking.
The stew adds juiciness and meat flavor, and fresh herbs complete the dish, giving it an appetizing look and delicate aroma.
Ingredients:
✅ 250 g of pasta (optional)
✅ 1 can of stew (pork, beef or chicken)
✅ 1 onion (optional)
✅ 1 carrot (optional)
✅ Salt, pepper - to taste
✅ Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, green onions) for serving
Preparation:
🔹 Boil pasta in salted water and drain.
🔹Fry the chopped onion and grated carrot until golden brown.
🔹 Add the stew with all the contents, mash it with a fork (if the meat in the stew is in large pieces) and cook for 5 minutes.
🔹 Mix with pasta, add spices.
🔹 Serve generously sprinkled with chopped fresh herbs.
Tips:
🔶To prepare this dish, take a high-quality stew, the label of which says, for example, "Pork stew", and not "Stew", because it is made from pure lumpy meat and must comply with DSTU (not TUU!).
