    Ingredients:

    • Potatoes – 1 kg
    • Canned stewed meat (pork or beef) – 1 can (≈ 400 g)
    • Milk – 150 ml
    • Butter – 50 g
    • Onion – 1 piece
    • Salt – to taste
    • Black pepper – to taste
    • Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) – for garnish

    Preparation:

    1. Boiling the potatoes:
      • Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces.
      • Boil in salted water until soft (about 20 minutes).
    2. Making mashed potatoes:
      • Drain the water and mash the potatoes.
      • Add hot milk and butter.
      • Mix until smooth.
    3. Preparing the stewed meat:
      • Chop the onion and fry it in a pan until golden brown.
      • Add the stewed meat (including the fat), mash with a fork, and heat for 5-7 minutes.
    4. Serving:
      • Place a portion of mashed potatoes on a plate.
      • Top with hot stewed meat.
      • Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs.
