The new batch — 520 cans — is already produced. The batch is now undergoing the mandatory quarantine aging — 12 days per Ukrainian DSTU standard. This is a standard procedure for quality canned food: the batch is kept under controlled storage to confirm product stability before release. Only after that does the salmon go on sale.
Quarantine aging lasts until May 20 (inclusive).

Why this salmon is not like supermarket salmon
Regular canned fish on shelves is mostly water, oil, and pieces of tails. We do it differently:
🐟 Rib-part fillet. This is the meat that runs along the ribs and spine of the Atlantic salmon — the rich, fatty part of the fish. Scandinavian processors use it for gourmet dishes for its bright flavor and high omega-3 content. In our cans — it's exactly this, not a mix of heads and tails.
🥩 616 g of fish in every can. That's exactly how much raw salmon we put in. Regular cans contain 200–250 g of fish; the rest is water and sauce. With us, you pay for fish, not for filler.
🌊 Only own juice — no water. When stewed, salmon releases natural juice rich in omega-3. This juice solidifies into aromatic jelly. No added water, oil, or sauce.
🌿 Clean ingredients. Salmon, fresh onion, salt, black and allspice peppercorns, bay leaf. Nothing else. No GMOs, E-additives, flavor enhancers, or thickeners.
📋 Made per DSTU. Certified production process, quality control at every stage, mandatory quarantine aging before sale. We don't sell "freshly made" — we sell what has gone through the full cycle and is ready to eat.
🇳🇴 Norwegian raw material. We import salmon from Norway — the world standard for the quality of this fish. Production is Ukrainian.
