Salmon in its own juice — premium canned Norwegian salmon, rib section of fillet. The rich, fatty part of Atlantic salmon, preserved in its own juice with no added water. Tender meat, expressive flavour, creamy texture — the kind served in Scandinavian restaurants.
Why our salmon is better than ordinary supermarket cans:
🐟 Rib section of fillet — the premium part of the fish. This is the meat next to the ribs and backbone of Atlantic salmon — the fattiest and most flavourful. In supermarkets you rarely find cans made from this specific cut — it's reserved for gourmet dishes. We put exactly this part in the can, not a mix of tails and heads.
🥩 616 g of fish per can. We pack exactly this much raw salmon in every can. Ordinary cans contain 200–250 g of fish, the rest is water and sauce. With us, you pay for fish — not for filler.
🌊 Only natural juice. No water. During cooking, the salmon releases natural juice rich in omega-3 fats. We keep this juice in the can — it sets into a flavourful jelly. No added water, oil, or sauce.
🧅 Fresh onion for depth of flavour. We add thinly sliced fresh onion — during cooking it gives the fish a subtle sweetness and rounds out the taste. A traditional, home-cooking approach.
🌿 Natural spices. Salt, black peppercorns, allspice, bay leaf — nothing else. No preservatives, no flavour enhancers, no GMO.
