✅ 550 g of canned pork "Syta Sіmya"
✅ 1 large onion
✅ 1/8 tsp black pepper
✅ 1/8 tsp chili (optional)
✅ 1 tbsp butter
🔹 Burger or sandwich buns (4 pieces)
🔹 Cabbage or coleslaw
🔹 Barbecue or ketchup sauce
🔹 Pickled cucumbers (optional)
🔶 Preparing the pork:
🔹 Use a fork to shred the canned meat into strands.
🔹 Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
🔹 Slice the onion into half-rings and slowly fry it, stirring, until it becomes caramelized, soft, and golden.
🔹 Add the fried onion, spices, and sauce.
🔹 Mix everything well.
🔶 Preparing the buns:
🔹 Prepare the buns and cut them in half.
🔶 Assembling the sandwich:
🔹 Place the meat with the onion, spices, and sauce on the bottom part of the bun.
🔹 Top with the upper part of the bun.
🔹 You can add coleslaw, cabbage, stewed beans with smoked sauce or pickled cucumbers as a side.
