Craft Chicken Stew on the Bone in Own Juice HALAL — this is a batch of 454 cans, made from chicken certified to HALAL standards. The meat is supplied by MHP — one of the largest and most well-known chicken producers in Ukraine, with a full line of HALAL-certified products. Natural jelly is formed from the collagen of the bone, without any thickeners.

What is HALAL and why it matters

🕌 HALAL means a product made according to standards permitted by Islam. For meat products this means:

• 🔹 The animal must be healthy at the time of slaughter;
• 🔹 Slaughter is performed by a specially trained person while reciting a prayer;
• 🔹 The meat is thoroughly bled — this affects taste, color and shelf life;
• 🔹 The process is supervised by a certification body and has documentary evidence.

For Muslims — this is a mandatory requirement for meat products. Consumption of non-HALAL meat is forbidden in Islam.

For everyone else — it is an additional sign of quality: the animal was raised under strict sanitary standards, the meat is bled out (so it is less prone to spoilage and has a cleaner taste), and the certificate guarantees the origin of the raw material. Many Ukrainians choose HALAL products precisely for this transparency.

What's in the can

🍗 Chicken thigh on the bone. This is the most valuable part of the chicken for stew — dense, juicy, tender meat with a natural collagen content. The thigh comes with its internal bone, which during slow sterilization at 122°C for 15 minutes becomes as soft as in canned fish. In the finished product the bone is not noticeable, but it releases all its collagen into the broth — which is why natural jelly forms without any additives.

🥕 Fresh carrot, not dried. About 20 g of freshly grated carrot goes into each can. It adds natural sweetness and a beautiful appearance. Industrial canned foods typically use dried carrots or none at all.

🌿 Turmeric — our signature touch. Not just a spice. Turmeric has strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that enhance the health benefits of chicken. It also gives the product a beautiful golden tint.

🌶️ Spices without flavor enhancers. Black peppercorns, allspice, bay leaf, sea salt. No "nature-identical flavorings", monosodium glutamate, or taste enhancers.

🌊 Natural jelly without thickeners. Regular canned foods use agar, gelatin, modified starch for thickness. Our jelly forms naturally from the collagen of the bone. This is beneficial for joints and ligaments.

📋 Made according to DSTU. Certified production process, quality control, mandatory 12-day quarantine of the batch before sale.

🥩 530 g of meat per can. This is the actual amount of meat placed in one can. Note — this is after defrosting, meaning there is more pure meat in our can than in typical industrial cans (where it is usually 200-250 g, with the rest being water, gelatin, and spices).

This is a pilot batch made from HALAL raw materials. We already have experience producing chicken stew on the bone from regular raw materials, and customer feedback has been very positive.
