    • Lazy aspic made from stewed meat - is a simple and quick recipe for a delicious homemade appetizer without the need for lengthy meat cooking.

    • Thanks to the stewed meat, the dish is hearty, aromatic, and tender, and it is much easier to prepare than classic aspic.
    • This recipe is perfect for a festive table, family dinner, or as an appetizing meat snack for every day. 
    • Serve the aspic with horseradish, mustard, adjika, greens, and fresh or toasted bread.

      Ingredients 🧾:

    • ✅1 can of stewed meat 525 g (pork, beef, or chicken) 🍖
    • ✅Water 350-450 ml 💧
    • ✅Gelatin 22 g (for quick setting) 🧊
    • ✅Water for gelatin 120 ml (cold) 🧊💧
    • ✅1 carrot 🥕
    • ✅2 eggs 🥚
    • ✅2-3 cloves of garlic 🧄
    • ✅Ground black pepper - to taste 🌶️
    • ✅Salt - as needed 🧂
    • ✅Greens (dill, parsley) - 1 handful 🌿
    • ✅Bay leaf 1 pc - optional 🍃

    • ✅Note on water 💡:
    • - Pork: 350-400 ml 💧
    • - Beef: 400-450 ml 💧
    • - Chicken: 350-400 ml 💧 (it is better not to dilute too much)

      Preparation 👩‍🍳:

    • Prepare the gelatin 🧊:
    • 🔹Pour 120 ml of cold water over the gelatin, stir and leave for 10 minutes to swell ⏳

    • Prepare the carrots and eggs 🥕🥚:
    • 🔹Boil the carrots for 12-15 minutes until soft, cut into circles 🥕
    • 🔹Hard boil the eggs for 9-10 minutes, cool, peel, and chop 🥚

    • Stewed meat broth 🍲:
    • 🔹Transfer the stewed meat (along with the fat and jelly from the can) to a saucepan 🍖
    • 🔹Add 350-450 ml of water, heat almost to boiling (do not boil for long) 🔥
    • 🔹Add black pepper, bay leaf (if desired), and taste for salt 🌶️🍃🧂
    • 🔹If desired, strain the broth for a clearer appearance ✨

    • Adding gelatin 🧊:
    • 🔹Heat the swollen gelatin until completely dissolved (do not boil) ♨️
    • 🔹Pour into the hot broth and mix well 🥄

    • Assembly 🧩:
    • 🔹If necessary, use a fork to break the meat from the stew into smaller pieces 🍖
    • 🔹Place the meat, carrots, eggs, and greens into molds (preferably 2 shallow containers) 🍖🥕🥚🌿
    • 🔹Squeeze the garlic into the broth when it is no longer boiling, stir and pour into the molds 🧄🥣

    • Quick freezing in 1 hour ❄️⏱️:
    • 🔹Make a layer 2-3 cm thick (the thinner, the faster) 📏
    • 🔹Place in the freezer for 12-18 minutes, then in the refrigerator for another 10-15 minutes ❄️➡️🧊

    • Serving 🍽️:
    • Cut into portions, add more black pepper and greens if desired 🌶️🌿
    • Serve with horseradish, adjika, or mustard 😋🌶️🥣
