Return of goods

According to the current legislation of Ukraine, specifically Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," food products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.

This is established by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, which defines the list of food products and goods that are not subject to return.

If you receive a product with an obvious defect or a discrepancy with quality standards, please contact us using the details provided on our website.

However, we guarantee consistently high quality of our products. Therefore, if you believe that the quality of the purchased product does not meet your expectations, despite the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, we guarantee a full refund under the following conditions:

Return conditions:

1. The decision on the refund is made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. During this period, you must send us an email with a complaint explaining why the product did not meet your expectations and provide video evidence clearly showing:
   • That it was our jar that was opened;
   • The production date of the product;
   • The appearance of the product placed on a white or transparent dish in a disassembled form;
   • The jar and the label must be undamaged.

Claims will not be accepted if:

• The storage conditions specified on the label were not followed;
• The complaint is about the taste characteristics of the product (amount of salt, pepper, etc.);
• The product’s expiration date has passed.

If you purchased multiple units of the product, the remaining unopened jars must be returned in full to a Nova Poshta branch (the branch number must be pre-agreed with our administrator) or, by prior arrangement, brought to our office (together with the opened jar) within the specified period.

The return of the product is at our expense.
